  •  Softweb Technology would like to Inform who signup with us as a client for Web design,SEO,SMO,Domain and Hosting,Servers Any web application development and any software development,Android and Iphone Development the amount which you paid us is sirictly not Refundable and Also Bulk sms,Email Marketing,Whats app,Database or others Also not Refundable.In case if you not use our services or If we have any Technical problems company would like to pay after 30 days non conditional money back.The Amount will be Refund on a PRO Rated basis of any unused Time and Administrative charges will applicable these following steps below
  •  In cases of re-activation and cancelled accounts, Rupees 2000 for 10000, Rupees 6000 for 25000 ,Rupees 12000 for 50000 ,Rupees 25000 for 100000 and Rupees 50000 for 200000 would be charged as administrative fee.

  •  If your account gets overdue by 7 days all technical support would be rescinded.

  •  If your account gets overdue by 14 days, your site and other services will be suspended

  •  If your account gets overdue by 30 days, your sites and data would be deleted from all our servers..

  •  We will try our best to contact you, by all the possible means, yet it is your responsibility to keep up accurate and updated details, like address, contact and billing information etc.

  •  Any unauthorized payments and fraudlent transactions made by the client through Net Banking, Online Payment gateways, Debit and Credit Cards or NEFT or RTGS payment to our company account, company is not responsible for such payments.
